THIS WAIVER MUST BE FILLED OUT BY ALL PARTICIPANTS REGARDLESS OF AGE AND BROUGHT TO THE EVENT

BHS ASB is inviting all BHS Families to our Fall Fest event taking place Thursday, October 30th from 7-9pm. This event is meant for all BHS students, families and staff! We hope many of you come on out with your families for this fun, festive fundraising event!

Fall Fest includes:

• A Haunted House in the MPR with professional actors (cost below)

• An outdoor spooky movie (weather permitting) in the BHS Quad

• Food and fun put on by class councils (Bring money)

• Also, costumes are encouraged!

Haunted House Cost and Details:

• $5 per walkthrough or an $8 unlimited pass

• There will also be an option to upgrade and get a little Halloween token

• The Haunted House is generally recommended for ages 8 and up, with discretion. The company encourages children to go through with a chaperone as supervision is always required. The maze does include scare actors to really make a thrilling experience
